“I can’t wait for Shop at Bluebird to open up next door at Duke Street Emporium, and across the road Selfridges shadows the same street, this is an fantastic location with the footfall of Oxford Street but the Luxury setting of setting of Mayfair.

“Its been a lot of hard work and late nights, but I am ecstatic with the finished result.”

Its all about customer experience – the fantastic surrounding of the showroom reflects the quality of the pieces inside the atelier. It’s a feast for the eyes. Laura compliments Selfridges offering bespoke consultations on call.

As a hat designer she believes that it is of utmost importance that we do not see couture millinery disappear. It is important for her to use modern designs with old couture techniques, each piece being hand blocked and individually hand stitched without the use of any machinery. To find out more
